I stayed here to go to Tayoshima. There are restaurants and supermarkets around the inn, which is convenient.The host is also kind and polite because they can respond immediately if you have any problems. I went out for a day in the rain and had a hard day, but the friendly and cute cat came to visit me often and I enjoyed it without getting bored.I can highly recommend this place to anyone who loves cats. I look forward to seeing you again.

We stayed 8 days from November 24th to December 2nd. Due to coronavirus infection control, the interaction with the host was limited, but they were very kind and we had a comfortable stay without any inconvenience. An environment where you can ask me questions immediately if you have any problems. Thank you for the service, such as providing drinks and daily necessities. There was an air conditioner and an oil fan heater in the room, so we stayed warm. The refrigerator was also a good size, and it was comfortable with a kettle, clothes dryer, and hangers and a hair dryer. The bath, toilet, and sink were also clean.I was able to use it cleanly every day. The host’s cats also came to visit us every day and we were able to heal!It was very cute! There are no problems with food around the host, such as supermarkets, groceries, convenience stores, various restaurants from all over the world, and takeaway shops. It is also a 15-minute walk from the nearest station. The bus stop is 5 minutes away, and it is within walking distance to where you can rent a car, so I think the transportation is very good. Ishinomaki’s tourist facilities, museums, parks, and souvenir shops are also within 2-3 km, so you can visit them on foot or by renting a bike. The neighborhood was a quiet residential neighborhood because it was a little bit far from the main street. We had a very comfortable stay at all times and were able to relax as if it were our own room. If you have stayed in Ishinomaki and love cats, please stay here! You will have an amazing experience!

Perfect place to stay if you’re eager to explore Tashirojima or the surrounding areas! The hosts were incredibly thoughtful and kind – they offered rides to the train station and ferry and even helped with laundry. The cat is super cute too! Close to anything you’ll need and you get a very comfortable part of the house to yourself.

It is a little bit far from Ishinomaki Station, but it is very conveniently located, surrounded by supermarkets, public baths, local supermarkets, and Ushitan shuttle. The two hosts were very polite, and the room was very comfortable. I think the cat is a sweetheart and a great place to stay for cat lovers.

The owner is very kind and prepared various things for you, so you can have no inconvenience.The cats are also very cute. It’s a bit far from the station on foot, but it’s a good exercise. Recommended for a relaxing stay.

This is the best airbnb experience I’ve had. I was so worried being a solo traveller and all but the host was so welcoming and nice. She even gave me a ride to the station on my last day. The cat was also so welcoming, came to my room to get pets and hugs. The room was clean, and the host even gave water and snacks for me. It was an 11/10 stay, I would definitely go there again if I go to ishinomaki.

In the end, I think it was nice to come and stay at Ishinomaki! I was a little nervous about my first homestay, but I was impressed by the pleasure of letting me in. On the first day, they drove me to Megawa Station, and after checking out, they drove me to the nearest station, so I was satisfied with the hospitality. The cat was also friendly and made me feel cute and relaxed. If anyone is not sure where to stay in Ishinomaki, I definitely recommend this accommodation!!

My stay at “Lighthouse” was an overall pleasant experience. The communication with the host was seamless even though we initially had concerns about the potential language barrier and they were always helpful when I had questions of any sort. I also can’t stress enough how kindly I was welcomed, even by their cats. 🙂 The accommodation is easy to find and conveniently located. If I come to the area again in the future, I will definitely consider seeking out this host again.

They handled me very politely. I didn’t have any inconvenience or frustration, but I was able to leave a very nice memory in the stone rolling land, while flying with a friendly cat and chatting with the host.

It is a private house located at Ikimae Yamashita Station (Ishinomaki City), which is about 50 minutes from Sendai.The hosts were good people and made the atmosphere easy to talk to.Thanks to you, I enjoyed being at home and having been out for a full day (lol) I have three cute (Email hidden by Airbnb) is very friendly. There is a Ishinomori Manchu Museum and Nishiyama Park within walking distance of the house.Nichiyama Park is a high ground, and it has become a place of evacuation on March 11, making it a life-saving place for many people.From Nikiyama Park, it is still being rebuilt. It was about 11 years from March 11, and I still felt that it hadn’t returned.Ishinomaki City is an idyllic place where time flows slowly.I hope this peaceful time will last. We had a great time there. This owners are very kind. They have 3 cats who are cute and friendly. I’m sure if you come there, you will spend good time. Ishinomaki city is so chill and peace nowadays. Already 11th Anniversary of Great East Japan Earthquake, but still building. I hope peace there forever. Anyway if you go there , I recommend to eat row oysters. This is really delicious.
